His deep technical background gave him a strong foundation in understanding how homes truly function from the inside out.

In 2013, Nick expanded his career into full-scale residential construction, becoming a General Contractor and leading new developments, multi-unit projects, and full-gut renovations across Chicago. With over 12 years of GC experience, he has managed, designed, and built homes that prioritize structural quality, layout efficiency, and modern livability.

Over the years, Nick has successfully built and overseen more than $25 million worth of real estate, ranging from luxury single-family homes to multi-unit investment properties. His portfolio reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, smart design, and long-term value.
